Our professional culinary-trained staff works diligently to provide you the most nutritious, appealing, and delicious meals possible as well as the best hospitality around.

We source the most wholesome ingredients available including organic vegetables throughout the spring, summer, and fall using local farms. Our fish is purchased fresh, from HAACP certified, local fish markets daily and we favor sustainable fishing methods when purchasing.

Our Director of Dining Services, Douglas Blatt, received his Bachelor’s degree from The Culinary Institute of America where he graduated at the top of his class. Prior to arriving at Rose Garden Doug spent time in some of the nation’s finest restaurants including The French Laundry in Yountville, California. He brings that knowledge and experience to our kitchen, to our residents and to our guests. Our kitchen is the cleanest you will ever see and we welcome you to visit at any time.
